Absence of a copyright notice does not relieve a prospective user from the responsibility of obtaining permission from the copyright holder. These images may not be used in any manner—including, but not limited to copying, duplicating, reproducing, manipulating, saving as a digital file, printing, transmitting, emailing, publishing in any media whether for personal, editorial or commercial use—without prior written permission.
